Ownership and Access

Client-owned systems: Created inside the client’s eligible account or formally transferred after final payment. The client controls access, subscriptions, data, and ongoing use.

Managed-access systems: Remain inside a Quantum Blueprint Systems account or workspace. The client receives permission-based use but does not automatically receive the editable configuration or ownership rights.

Managed hosted systems: Remain inside a Base44 or approved cloud environment operated by Quantum Blueprint Systems. Hosting, access, routine maintenance, and monitoring continue while the hosting plan remains active.

Clients retain ownership of their original business content, manuscripts, brand materials, and proprietary data. Quantum Blueprint Systems retains ownership of its general methods, reusable frameworks, templates, and system-building processes unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.
